data-start=\"209\" data-end=\"385\">Le Franc fort\u2019 from 2015 led the Swiss group Cornu Boulangerie, the market leader, to move part of its production to the center of modern Europe.<\/p><p data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"577\">Our company, a partner for over 30 years in the development of this entity through our field of activity, was chosen to support this expansion in Romania for the third time.<\/p><p data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"927\">We took part in the implementation of the first production line L51 (gluten-free biscuit line), designed and implemented more than 90% of the second production line L52 (breadstick line), and have now completed 98% of the implementation of a production line for &#8216;fl\u00fbtes&#8217;-type savory biscuits (twists) and their various versions\/assortments.<\/p><p data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"1042\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The building is a structure over 200 meters long and three stories high, connected to The commissioning of the electrical installation took 7 days and was carried out directly on the production line. Simultaneously, our engineers developed the <strong data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"333\">PLC<\/strong> program and conducted the necessary tests.  <\/p><p data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"763\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The equipment consists of <strong data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"414\">4 active modules<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"440\">1 backup module<\/strong>. Each module can optimally prepare up to <strong data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"518\">16 packages of breadsticks per minute<\/strong>. It counts, transports, weighs, and precisely places the breadstick packages on the packaging machine&#8217;s conveyor. The machine consists of two modules, each managed separately in terms of proofing parameters and tray handling.<\/p><p data-start=\"292\" data-end=\"698\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The internal temperature and humidity are controlled through three cascade regulation loops (hot water, basin temperature, air temperature). The machine measures over 12 meters in length and 5 meters in height. It was built in modular sections, allowing assembly in the manufacturer\u2019s hall for preliminary testing. Dismantling, transport, and commissioning were completed in just four days.<\/p><p data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"732\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The machine allows the simultaneous proofing of up to 242 dough trays. The internal climate is achieved using electric heaters, steam, and temperature and humidity sensors. It provides multiple adjustment options for each zone, as well as for their respective upper and lower sections.<\/p><p data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"691\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The controls were designed to allow both transverse and longitudinal regulation of any parameter that may influence the baking process.
